This month, the spotlight is on the CH Consulting Group consultant, Danica Abcede. With a background grounded in the Contact Center, Danica has been able to support BPO and contact center executives across the world in industries such as finance, retail and healthcare, achieve an enhanced Customer Experience through the optimization of their Call Center.

You may not know that…​

I am also a Registered Nurse.

I have been practicing for almost a year now and currently work at a local hospital on a Med-Surg/Telemetry floor, with plans of becoming a Nurse Practitioner.

I love the flexibility and freedom that CHCG gives me to grow professionally and personally. I also love the support and teamwork I get to experience being a part of the CHCG team.

What is the most rewarding part of being a Consultant?

The most rewarding part of my job as a consultant is being able to provide my clients with solutions based on their unique needs and goals. I love problem solving and critical thinking so being able to develop customized solutions to help my clients solve their biggest challenges is extremely rewarding.

If you were not a consultant, what other career would you have pursued?​

I would be a veterinarian. I am a huge animal lover and enjoy caring for them.

Outside of work, what are a few things that you are passionate about?

I am passionate about being an advocate for both human and animal rights. I volunteer as much as possible with my church for local ministries and also as a foster for local dog rescues. I am also passionate about having quality time with my husband, family, and friends through different avenues such as cooking, hiking, and being outdoors.
